Standard Shipping: Any order placed before midnight PST on Sunday December 18th will arrive by 12/24. All orders ship via USPS within 3-5 days from the time your order is placed. Standard shipping times vary from 2 days to 6 days depending on your location (we ship from San Francisco, CA). Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.
Express Shipping: All orders placed by Thursday Dec 22nd using express shipping will arrive by Christmas. We will ship your order via USPS within 24 hours of your order being placed using overnight USPS Shipping.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to love your new jewelry! Our holiday exchange policy is as follows: If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied with your order we will gladly accept an exchange or store credit through January 10, 2016 for any items purchased in December 2016. Any items returned without previous approval or do not meet our standards & policies could be denied or subject to a restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded and are the responsibility of the buyer.To exchange an item please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "Exchange Requested" followed by your order number. Please allow 2-3 business days from the day we receive the shipment for us to process the package. We will process the exchange within 10 business days after receiving the package. Exchanged merchandise must include packaging and tags.
The item(s) must be in new and unused condition to qualify. If your order arrives and is defective, we will gladly send you a replacement. Requests for replacement must be received within 5 business days from the date of receipt of merchandise. You will be responsible for shipping the merchandise to us and we will cover the shipping the replacement. We must receive the defective pieces within 10 days from the date of receipt of merchandise.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We only recommend UPS or Fedex when shipping exchanges, and we are not responsible for lost return packages.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, all sale items are final sale.
Gift cards are in US dollars and expire one calendar year from issue date. Gift cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
If your order is less than the value of your gift card, the remaining balance will be credited to your gift card code. Waffles & Honey is not responsible if a gift card is lost, stolen or used without permission. Waffles & Honey reserves the right to cancel a gift card if such action is necessary. Sales tax and shipping is applicable on any items purchased with a gift card.
To get the most life out of your jewelry, please remove jewelry from your W&H gift box upon reciept. Do not use your W&H jewelry gift box as a permanent storage solution- instead, keep jewelry in air tight containers when not in use to keep it looking new for years to come!
We will repair any jewelry design purchased through wafflesandhoney.com. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please email email@example.com and request a repair tracking number.
Less than 6 months after purchase is free.
More than 6 months is subject to repair fee. *fee is contingent upon material availability and nature of repair.
Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair older items.
