Sales Representative
About the Role:
Waffles & Honey is looking for a Sales Representative to oversee all of our in-person sales which includes managing our pop-up events and tradeshow events. In this role, you will report directly to our Founder, which presents a great opportunity for guidance, mentorship, and collaboration. If you are someone who loves interacting with customers, sales-driven, and is excited to help our customers feel beautiful in our jewelry, we would love to hear from you!
Job Type: Part-time, 10-12 hours per week. Must have availability to work flexible shifts and work on weekends. Must have a car and willingness to carry up to 20 lbs and to be on your feet for extended amounts of time.
What You’ll Do:
- Able to develop trusting relationships with our customers
- Execute weekly/monthly/quarterly sales goals
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and positive attitude
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases and any exchanges or repairs
- Cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts and customer engagement
- Actively listen to customer feedback and relay them back to the team
- Suggest ways to improve sales (i.e. marketing activities)
- Build strong relationships with trade show contacts
- Ensure proper presentation, organization, storing and replenishment of inventory
About You:
Technical Experience:
- 1-3 years of previous experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role (preferably with a higher end product)
- Familiarity with semi-precious gemstones
- Track record of over-achieving sales quota
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- Comfortable with inventory procedures

- You are relationship and team-oriented, who loves to collaborate and is receptive to feedback
- You are self accountable, responsible, organized, focused and a diligent worker

Waffles & Honey Jewelry is a San Francisco based jewelry company that was founded in 2013 in the Dogpatch Neighborhood of San Francisco. We hand make small batch, women’s gold, and silver jewelry.
Our mission is to create beautiful work that elevates the spirit and confidence of the women who wear it. We also believe strongly in giving back to our local and international communities.
